Where’s my package?

We typically ship out orders the next business day. When we ship out your package, an email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Sorry to our international friends!

How long does it take for my coffee to get here?

We typically ship out orders the next business day. Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be to you in 2-5 business days,  (NSW/VIC/SA/QLD) and 5-7 (NT, WA, New Zealand) . It tends to be closer to two, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than 5-7 business days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly send you a full refund. That’s how committed we are. All we ask is that you send us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards and send us back the item. We are always looking for ways to improve.
